On Saturday join Tiffany Janay for a yoga class like you’ve never experienced before. In a safe contained environment you will learn the highs that comes from Waking and Baking. Feel your body in an intimate way as you are guided through a yoga flow to the tunes of reggae and other high vibrational tunes. We will explore various sensations as we incorporate MJ, crystals, into our flow and ride the waves of bliss.

For our transition into the next phase of the event we'll infuse your body with Plant Munchies and learn about edibles and how to utilize them!

Next phase will be presented by Sienna Van Dunk the Oracle to Oracles, Prolific Orgonite Alchemist, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healer, Divine Communicator and Luminary will be guiding us thru a workshop on Elemental Magic. Join us as she teaches us how to use the Elements of Earth,Wind Fire, and Water to create the positive shifts in your life you have been longing for. Get rooted in Nature and receive messages from your Ancestors as Sienna embraces her role as a conduit to provide you guidance on your path. Sienna will also have a Q&A session on How to Tap into Your Higher Self and listening to your Intuition.
