Then for the grand finale, Open Your Inner Temple with Asha Sims and her workshop, Chakra Yoga. Asha Sims is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Reiki Master, Chakra Therapist, Ascension/Life Coach and Yogi. In this workshop Asha will take you on a journey to explore your chakras through asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), mantras, and visualizations as methods to liberate, transform, and balance your energetic bodies and life. Energy work will be incorporated in the class to assist with releasing any blockages or alignment of the chakras. This workshop will guide you through each of the Chakra locations, taking you into poses where you can focus on each chakra and the color of light the related to each chakra. You will leave this workshop feeling rejuvenated and realigned with your mind, body, and spirit.
